Administration
Courtney Bischof has been in childcare for 10 years now and began her career as a Toddler Classroom lead teacher. She then moved on to Lead Preschool Teacher at Happy Hills Daycare center where she taught for 6 months before moving into the Director role. Courtney has a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education as well as an Intervention Specialist degree from Ashland University. She has Graduate hours towards her Building Administration Degree as well. She is excited about her role at West Shore Child Care Center as Director.
The Administration Board of West Shore Child Care Center is made of five Church representatives and five parent representatives who are appointed by the Minister and the Director of the Center, respectively. The Director and liaisons are not voting members but attend board meetings.
