                  Options & Monthly Billing
Thank you for choosing WSCCC.  Tuition fees are billed in advance of care,
not after care has occurred.  We have two payment options for infants through
preschool available, weekly and monthly.  During the school year tuition for
school-agers is payable monthly only September through May.  Weekly tuition is on Fridays
for the following week , in advance of child care services.  Monthly tuition is due
on or before the 15th of each month.

We no longer print paper statements except upon request.  Rather, using one email address per account, parents can have access to their tuition billing and payment history on this website; see PARENT PAGES - Balances on the left.  The information is secure and password-protected.  Enrolled families can request this service by sending an email using their chosen email address to jschwertle@wschildcare.org.

Tuition paid late after 6 pm the following Monday will generate a $10 late payment fee.
Monthly tuition paid after the 15th of the month will generate a $10 late payment fee.

Parents having temporary financial difficulties may speak with the Director
or her assistant, write a note of explanation, or turn in a post-dated check
and no late fee will be applied.

West Shore observes seven holidays for which the staff is paid.  If the above holidays fall between Monday and Friday, parents are required to pay tuition for those days.

                 Monthly Billing Option
Parents may pay monthly. Tuition is calculated on a daily rate and multiplied by the
number of weekdays of care there are in each month.  Tuition is due on the first
day of each month allowing a fifteen-day grace period.  On the 16th tuition will be
past due and a $10 Late Payment Fee will be applied. An additional $5 per day
will be added until tuition is paid for that month.
